Where does Scotty's Queen ship to? 

Scotty's Queen ships items only within the continental United States. 

Shipping Cost

*Free Delivery option will be available at Checkout for all orders going to a 59901 ZipCode Address 🌷

There is a $30 Flat Rate shipping fee on all other orders under $75. Orders $75 and over that require shipment will receive Free Shipping.

Shipping Company 

Orders being delivered outside of the 59901 area will be shipped via UPS.

Order Processing 

We appreciate your order and will work to have it delivered as soon as possible! Please contact Scotty's Queen with details about specific product availability and processing time. Most orders should be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, if not the same day.

Tracking an Order 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you are using the option for Free 59901 Delivery you can check the status of your Delivery by calling 406-407-8759 or by email at admin@scottysqueen.com

Returns and Exchanges 

If you're experiencing an issue with your product, please reach out so that we can determine how to best assist you! 

We hope that you love your order, but if you are unsatisfied you may be eligible for a return of the product within 14 days of your purchase. Contact Scotty's Queen with details and your concerns. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, we are unable to cover any return shipping fees.
