Processing Times 

We are currently processing orders in 1-2 business days. 

Shipping Rates

Customers having their order delivered to an address with 59901 ZipCode will be given Free Delivery by a member of Scotty's Queen.

All other customers having their order shipped within the Continental United States will have a $20 Flat Rate Shipping fee.

Continental United States: The 49 States (including Alaska, excluding Hawaii) located on the continent of North America, and the District of Columbia.

Shipping Services Used

In most cases Scotty's Queen will be using UPS as Shipping service for orders outside of the 59901 ZipCode area.

Customers given Free Delivery to an address with 59901 ZipCode will have their order hand delivered by a member of Scotty's Queen LLC. 

Confirmation and Tracking Number 

Customers having their order shipped 

should receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when their package has been received by the Shipping Service that is being used. 

Customers given Free Delivery to an address with 59901 ZipCode should receive an email stating the proposed day and time of delivery.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please save your damaged items and contact Scotty's Queen LLC directly.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you received, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Just call or Email us and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. 

In most cases, we will require a return or exchange with the problematic product. Customers outside of the Free 59901 Delivery area will have to be responsible for the cost of their own return shipping fee. 

Customers with a 59901 ZipCode will have the option of Scotty's Queen to personally pick-up their desired return or exchange - free of charge.
